Ballots for the upcoming election of Directors have been mailed to all community club members in good standing.
Members owning ten (10) or more lots will receive a special ballot consolidating the number of eligible votes onto one ballot form.
The multi-property ballot will be marked to indicate the property owner’s name and the number of votes that may be cast for the one open Property Director At-Large seat.
Owners of less than ten (10) properties will receive one (1) ballot per lot.
The ballot form can be used by the property owner to either cast his/her votes for the one open position or to designate a proxy to cast the ballot. All ballots must be signed by the property owner, as well as the proxy (if applicable); unsigned ballots will be rejected.
Detailed instructions for completing the ballot are located on the reverse side of the ballot. The pre-addressed envelope included with the ballot must be used to return ballots to the tabulating agency.
All ballots must be received by the tabulating agency by 5 P.M. CDT, Friday, September 6. DO NOT send/return your ballot to the FGCC Administration Building.
If you did not receive your ballot in the mail, you can receive a replacement packet by filling out the appropriate paperwork at the Community Club Administration Office on Peavine Road during regular office hours.
Members needing a replacement ballot are reminded that all ballots, including replacement ballots, must be mailed to the tabulating agency in the pre-addressed envelope provided with the ballot by the September 6 deadline.
Election results will be announced at the Annual Membership Meeting, which will be held at 10 A.M., on Friday, September 20, at the Fairfield Glade Community and Conference Center.
