Cumberland Medical Center is proud of each member of its staff and expects a high standard of performance at all times. The CARE Ambassador of the Month program is designed to spotlight the “exceptional” employee- one who has surpassed the normal standard of excellence by a demonstration of skills or an act above and beyond expectations.
Employees may be nominated by co-workers, patients, visitors, or physicians. Each nomination is carefully evaluated by a committee of hospital employees, and one employee is chosen each month if worthy of the award.
