The Fairfield Glade Lions Club is getting final plans together for the 23^rd Annual Benefit Golf Tournament. The event will take place Saturday, September 8, 2012 at Heatherhurst Crag Golf Course. The Official Entry Form shown below contains all the necessary details and information.
