Glade residents can have a voice about incorporation, ions honor volunteer firemen and new members

Fairfield Glade Community Club
For The Vista
The most recent Fairfield Glade Community Club Incorporation Committee recommended incorporation, but numerous questions remained unanswered, most notably in the financial and regulatory area.
The Board is NOT planning on taking action to incorporate.
But, as Boards in the past have done as part of their due diligence in decision making, we are looking at using consultants to provide the Club a comprehensive analysis of the impact to the Club and its members if incorporation were pursued by private citizens.
The scope of such an effort is beyond the time and expertise of our Committees.
The Board has received proposals from two qualified cosultants.
One is a basic approach with an estimated fee of $24,500, excluding any additional fees for attorneys as needed. The other is a more comprehensive approach with an estimated fee of $87,600.
This survey is asking members to respond to the question of how much the Board should spend for an incorporation feasibility study ONLY. This survey is not intended to determine whether or not you are in support of incorporating Fairfield Glade.
The deadline for all surveys to be received is 11 P.M. on Sunday, September 14.
