Ballots for the upcoming election of Directors have been mailed to all community club members in good standing.
All ballots must be signed by the property owner, as well as the proxy (if applicable); unsigned ballots will be rejected.
Detailed instructions for completing the ballot are located on the reverse side of the ballot.
The pre-addressed envelope included with the ballot must be used to return ballots to the tabulating agency.
Very important — All ballots must be received by the tabulating agency by 5 P.M. CDT, Friday, September 6.
DO NOT send/return your ballot to the FGCC Administration Building.
If you did not receive your ballot in the mail, you can receive a replacement packet by filling out the appropriate paperwork at the Community Club Administration Office on Peavine Road during regular office hours.
Members needing a replacement ballot are reminded that all ballots, including replacement ballots, must be mailed to the tabulating agency in the pre-addressed envelope provided with the ballot by the September 6 deadline.
Election results will be announced at the Annual Membership Meeting, which will be held at 10 A.M., on Friday, September 20, at the Fairfield Glade Community and Conference Center.
