The annual meeting of the Fairfield Glade Neighborhood Watch Coalition will be held at the Community and Conference Center on Thursday, November 8, from 9 A.M. until noon.
The featured presentation of the meeting, “Caring Connections,” will provide each of us with knowledge of significant home health care resources and related services available to all Fairfield Glade residents..
In addition to coordinators and members of existing neighborhood groups, ALL Fairfield Glade residents are invited and encouraged to attend.
The agenda will consist of four items with plenty of time for questions & answers following each presentation.
1. Mr. Charlie Larkin, FGNWC Chair, will provide an update/summary of their activities and accomplishments over this past year. They have grown from about 15 neighborhood watch groups to over 30 – encompassing over 1,300 homes!
2. Cyd Riede (Membership Officer) and Ray Clark (Special Projects Office) will provide an update on the continued growth of the Coalition and our on-going project to map each of our neighborhood groups.
3. Ray Clark and Evelyne Kornreich (Vice Chair) will update the progress to develop a Decal Program that will identify each home that is a member of FGNWC. This update will also include our efforts to better place our Neighborhood Watch signs throughout the Glade.
4. FEATURE PRESENTATION: Joan Fredericks of Fairfield Glade Resident Services (FGRS) will present the newest program of FGRS, entitled “Caring Connections.”
Ms. Fredericks presentation will bring all Glade residents up-to-speed in terms of this current focus of Resident Services.
Many programs under the Caring Connections umbrella are in the works to provide an encompassing menu of service for each of us.
Her focus today will be on the recent Home Delivered Meals project and other initiatives.
