For The Vista
Local entertainer and publicist Keith Walther will appear on May 11 at The Legends as a part of the Resident Home Owners Association Program Series for 2015.
You do NOT need to be an RHA member to attend.
Walther was originally scheduled for February, but due to the bad weather, the program had to be postponed.
Monday, May 11, is fast approaching and you will want to be in attendance at this fourth of seven of Fairfield Glade RHA meetings this year.
Walther will be paying tribute to such iconic singers as Neil Diamond, Elvis and Tom Jones.
Keep in mind, May 7 is the deadline for reservations for this May 11 meeting. You can pay $17 for a full meal (tax and tip included) and the show, or you can pay $7.50 for the show only.
Social Hour is 5-6 P.M; Dinner at 6 P.M; and show at 7 P.M.
The Fairfield Glade Resident Homeowners Association serves as a social gathering for Glade area residents, with an opportunity to enjoy a fine meal (grilled ham steak with pineapple chutney for May), socialize with your neighbors and friends and enjoy a delightful evening of entertainment.
Membership dues for the year are $15 per person, or you can just pay an entertainment fee of $7.50. If you pay the entertainment fee and come back to a later show, that will count as membership dues paid in full.
Call in your reservations to Carol Pontius at 484-3138, or email to [email protected]. No-shows will be billed as we have to guarantee the meals by the Thursday before the meeting, which is May 7. However, in case of an emergency, you can make arrangement to come in and pick up your meals.
When calling in for reservations, you can make up your own table of six or eight, or you can just reserve for yourself and we will get you seated with a good group. If you do have a group you want to sit with, please indicate that when calling. Check is preferred, but cash is OK. No credit cards please.
It promises to be a great evening and we hope that you will want to support this home grown talent. Keith has performed in a number of venues in the area like Mirror Lake, The Palace Theatre and Curtain Call Dinner Theatre, and has received numerous accolades for his work. Keith’s strength is his versatility, enabling him to sound like the artist he is portraying with his own unique twists, including some tongue-in-cheek humor at times.
The Walther’s moved to FFG in 2005 where Keith’s parents lived since their retirement in 1991. In the last few years the opportunity came to take over the operations of The Vista and he has been its Publisher/Editor now for three years, trying to promote the great community we live in. He and his wife, Tracy, have been married 30 years and have two wonderful children – Landry and Chloe …and a new daughter-in-law, Kayla.
This will conclude the first half of our years programs and we will return again on Sept. 28 featuring David Turner, renown magician from Nashville; October will showcase longtime favorites at the Playhouse, Patty Payne and Carol Ervin; and November will highlight Ashley Krohn, Terri Utsey and Dennis Donald.
All of these programs are on the fourth Monday of the month. You will not want to miss these shows!
Come join your friends at RHA. You will be glad you did!!!
