The Fairfield Glade Community Club Election Committee has announced that ballots for the upcoming election of Directors will be mailed to all members in good standing the week of August 6; the deadline for return of ballots to the tabulating agency will be on Friday, September 7, at 5 P.M.
Results of the election will be announced at the Annual Membership Meeting on September 21, at 10 A.M., at the Community and Conference Center.
Two Property Owner Director At-Large positions are subject to election in 2012 and will appear on the ballot. Three persons have filed for these two open positions: Dr. Philip E. Gover, Robert H. Stackhouse and Gary A. Walk.
Please note that property owners who own multiple lots will only receive one ballot. That ballot will be marked to indicate the property owner’s name and the number of votes that may be cast for each of the two open seats.
The Board of Directors consists of five Property Owner Directors At-Large, one Declarant Director, and one Interval Owners Director. Each Director is responsible for representing the needs of the entire community.
